Tottenham, London

Drumsheds

Drumsheds London, is the UK's largest nightclub, built inside a former IKEA warehouse. We transformed 608,000 sq ft into a 15,000-capacity venue with three music rooms, each with its own identity.

Throughout the building we created; green rooms, welfare facilities and bespoke bars, built pods for immersive 3D experiences, and adapted spaces for food markets. We also redesigned how crowds move through the site, with new entrances and exits on an industrial scale.

Silvertown, London

The Beams

The Beams in London is a 55,000 sq ft former Tate & Lyle industrial building that we brought fully up to regulations, so it can host corporate events and nightlife for up to 4,000 people.

We soundproofed the building and added soundproof lobbies, so events can run at full volume without disturbing the neighborhood. Inside, we created new routes through the space; new welfare facilities and new back-of-house staff areas. We also installed a new DDA-compliant lift, so the venue is accessible to everyone. The result is a piece of London's industrial history ready for a new life as one of the city's most distinctive event spaces.

Printworks London

A working newspaper press turned into one of London's most iconic venues, without losing an inch of its industrial soul.

New circulation routes and fire exits cut through the original factory shell, bars and back-of-house built from reclaimed steelwork, every new surface distressed to match the building's own patina.
